The management team and team of coordinating nurses started with the Inspired Team Development Program in May 2021. After the basic modules, Saba Cares continued to invest in building their teams by providing them with professional development via individual coaching at Inspired, team development for different departments via workshops and the Team development program based on DiSC assessments. The managers and coordinating nurses continue to empower their staff to make use of their strengths on the work floor and create a work atmosphere that contributes to their work satisfaction as well as the quality of care.
