The Team Development Program consists of basic modules that support the team to achieve their goals. Included is the DiSC assessment that not only result in an extended report with self-knowledge, but also provides insights in how to connect with your colleague via written suggestions in the report as well as an online platform where more specific comparisons can be made. During the Team Development Program by Inspired, the team of IND-CN got to change perspective and learned how to make better use of each others strengths and overcome obstacles together as a team.
